In a previous article, we showed a connection with ITALY possibly being IDUMEA. Now we have a DNA origin that ties back as well to ITALY of the Eastern European Jews. Conclusions:
The genetic similarities between EEJ and Italians align with historical records suggesting that Ashkenazi Jews began moving across Europe from Italy, and that many people in ancient Rome converted to Judaism.
The study also discusses why there's a difference between the genetic markers that come from both parents versus those from just one parent.
